If you have an item you'd like signed and personalized other than the 4 variants below, please contact us with details, and we'll let you know if it's possible. PLEASE NOTE, THESE ITEMS ARE NOT CURRENTLY AVAILABLE FOR SIGNATURE ONLY!

Please follow these instructions after you've purchased your item.

1 - Print out the order form, write on it your desired personalization (6 word maximum including name) and include with item. * If you'd like your item to be signed in anything other than a black, gold or silver sharpie, please supply the pen of your choice.

2 - Print return address and order # on the outside of the package.

3 - Unless you want the actual Vinyl, CD or DVD signed, please send covers/jackets only.
