Same case, different colour. Black is solid opaque; Clear shows iPhone 17 Pro Max's natural finish through the back. Both share the tactile band, magnet strength, and protection profile. Pick based on whether you want to show off the iPhone or the case finish.
Will the clear back yellow over time?
Some yellowing is normal for any clear plastic case over many months. Grip2u's clear material is on the more stable end — noticeably better than budget clear cases, comparable to mid-tier brands.
